The law states that “A person is guilty of criminal trespass in the third degree when he knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in or upon premises.” That’s pretty broad and taken to it’s most literal meaning, you could be guilty of trespass any time you go onto someone else’s property, period.

When I became a lawyer I took an oath to “demean myself as an attorney” and to represent my clients “to the best of my learning and ability… so help me God” I take that oath that I made before, my fellow lawyers, friends, family, and God very seriously. When you hire me I will honor the oath that I took fifteen years ago and represent you to the best of my ability— the way I would expect to be treated as a client.
